What makes a great professional partnership with your real estate agent? Some believe it’s a natural chemistry, others believe it’s about feeling supported every step of the way. I believe it is a bit of both.
When you first meet a real estate professional, what is the first thing you notice. You notice if they pay attention, if they put the effort into analyzing your needs and wants. Do they brush off that White Rock ocean view “just because there aren’t many available” or do they come up with a Gameplan that can make it happen. I know, sports references are overused; but what better way to look at this competitive Lower Mainland(Chilliwack to Surrey) real estate market than the most competitive endeavors?
So, before you begin looking for your next Investment Property or Dream Home, what is the game plan? Some are straight forward, ie. Looking for a BC box in a residential area, others are complicated and may require hours or days of planning just like NHL coaches do for the Stanley Cup Finals.
